Kanban or Scrum?
Kanban suits work that keeps coming in: support, marketing, editorial, household, club work. There are no fixed iterations, work flows through the columns.
Scrum suits a team working in fixed cycles towards a goal, for example in software or product development. More in the Scrum tool.
