How automatic distribution works

In sprint planning, the question “who takes what?” often costs the most time. planomatti makes a suggestion:

  • Skills: does the package fit the person’s abilities?
  • Capacity: who still has room in the sprint?
  • Priority: important packages are assigned first.
  • Feature: related packages go to the same person where possible.

Every assignment comes with a short reason. Overload is flagged. The team decides; the suggestion just saves the maths.

Combine Scrum and a timeline

Agile does not mean no deadlines. In planomatti you can combine sprints with a Gantt timeline: releases and milestones in the timeline, the work in sprints. If you prefer to work without sprints, use the Kanban board.

Tip: invite stakeholders as guests or send a read-only link. They see the status without changing anything.

Set up a sprint in 5 steps

Frequently asked questions

Is planomatti really free for Scrum?

Yes. Backlog, sprints, story points, burndown, automatic distribution and unlimited members are free.

How many people can be on the team?

There is no member limit. You also get guests with read access and read-only links without an account.

Does automatic distribution use AI?

No. A transparent algorithm distributes by skills, capacity, priority and feature and explains each assignment. Your data is not sent to any AI service.

Can I combine sprints with a timeline?

Yes. The same tasks appear in the sprint, on the board and in the Gantt timeline, so you can plan releases and milestones while the team works in sprints.

Is there a mobile app?

planomatti can be installed on iPhone, Android, Mac and Windows straight from the browser and sends push notifications, for example for new assignments or mentions.
